Joseph LallaveThe London NYC is pleased to announce the official appointment of Joseph Lallave as Executive Chef, effective immediately. In his role, Lallave will oversee food and beverage operations for the London Bar, as well as day to day activity of restaurant staff and guest experiences. Lallave joins The London NYC following roles and a tenure of more than 18 impressive years in the food and beverage industry, including fine dining, multi-outlet hotel management, and high volume catering. A graduate of the respected French Culinary Institute of New York, Lallave studied under mentors, Jacque Pépin, André Soltner and Alain Sailhac, where he mastered and honed his craft in classical French techniques. Prior to his appointment at The London NYC, Lallave’s career spans from properties in top markets including Loews Miami Beach Hotel, The Wit in Chicago, Crown Plaza Boston-Natick, and JW Marriot Essex House New York, among others. Lallave joins The London NYC family from his most recent role as Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Central Park.
