Gondra Wettley has been appointed General Manager of the Year at H World International
Gondra Wettley has just celebrated 25 years with Steigenberger Hotels AG. Before taking up the position of General Manager of the Steigenberger Hotel Berlin in 2014, she had spent 17 years as Director of the Steigenberger Hotel Sanssouci in Potsdam. "Despite operating in a challenging market environment, Gondra Wettley has succeeded in improving the positioning and profitability of the Steigenberger Hotel Berlin over a period of several years," said Jürgen von Massow, Vice President Operations Steigenberger Business Hotels, as he announced the award. "Particular mention should be made of her very good level of cooperation with the hotel"s management partner. Her excellent leadership skills mean that she is able to provide her team with fresh motivation every single day and bring our "Hoteliers with passion" vision to life."
