Muhammad Qayum has been appointed General Manager at Park Inn by Radisson Najran in Natjan
It is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of Muhammad Qayum Minhas as General Manager of the Park Inn by Radisson in Najran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, effective October 27, 2017. Muhammad has a very versatile experience of more than 20 years working in the hospitality business. Throughout his career, he has held various positions such as Project Manager and Corporate Office Senior until he joined our team as a General Manager. He has received several awards in his previous positions and is also a member of the world-wide Association "Chaîne des Rôtisseurs" as a Chef de Table Restaurant. Muhammad states that his strengths include focusing highly on results, operational excellence, charismatic leadership, and thinking outside the box to see the big picture. He also thinks it is important to have excellent human relations skills and pre-opening expertise. Time management, follow-ups and quick decision making to achieve the given task on time, are his ways to make every moment matter.
Muhammad has been described as a "Go getter, hardy and Mr. Perfectionist" by his colleagues. In his free time, he loves to socialise and enjoys horse racing as well as car racing. According to Muhammad, one of his hobbies is also "accepting the challenge of opening a new property in a remote area and making it a success." His advice to anyone considering a career as a General Manager is to start from the bottom and be focused with a positive attitude and keep trying until you succeed.
