Monika Zuluaga has been appointed Vice President of Membership and Marketing at Rhode Island Hospitality Association (RIHA)
The RI Hospitality Association (RIHA) is proud to announce that Monika Zuluaga of Pawtucket, RI has been promoted to Vice President of Membership and Marketing.
Previously, Zuluaga worked as RIHA"s Member Services and Communications Manager, a role in which she acted as executive assistant to Dale Venturini, the President and CEO of RIHA. In her previous role, Zuluaga managed RIHA"s internal communications, coordinated RIHA"s social media accounts, and marketed RIHA events and seminars while also administering a process for identifying and monitoring potential members.
In her new role as Vice President of Membership and Marketing at RIHA, Zuluaga will manage all aspects of RIHA membership operations including recruitment, retention, and program services. She will also oversee and implement all marketing initiatives for the RIHA and RIHEF. Zuluaga will serve as the main point of contact for individual members seeking information or assistance on programs and services, and will also manage event budgets, logistics and sponsorship investments.
