Keith ClarkKeith is currently the Director of Account Management for North America with Pegasus, where he works with hundreds of hotels to enhance the solutions that impact revenue. Keith has more than 25 years of wide-ranging hospitality experience, serving in roles within operations, sales, technology, account management, revenue management and coaching. He is considered a subject matter expert in hospitality technology, customer service, and sales. Keith’s experience enables him to understand hotels with a 360-degree view of their business, and provide consultation. He has more than eight years of training experience, which includes revenue improvement design and implementation for Best Western, Wyndham Worldwide, as well as a variety of programs for Two Roads Hospitality and KSL management companies.
