Tony Liartis

The Hermitage Hotel, Tennessee's only Forbes Five-Star Hotel, today announced the appointment of Tony Liartis as Director of Food and Beverage for the American landmark property. Liartis was most recently Food and Beverage Director at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington, PA, and was previously Director of Food and Beverage at WaterColor Inn and Resort in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. In his new role, Liartis will oversee all of The Hermitage Hotel's award-winning Food and Beverage Division, including; catering, banquets, and special events. He will also be responsible for the hotel's  signature southern inspired restaurant, Capitol Grille and the Oak Bar, known for its extensive 130-bottle bourbon library, one of the largest collections in Nashville. Liartis earned a post graduate degree in International Hospitality Management from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, Bluche, Valais, Switzerland.
