Elizabeth Grillos

The Estate Yountville is pleased to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Grillos to the position of Area Director of Sales and Marketing of The Estate Yountville, which consists of the recently launched Vintage House and soon-to-open Hotel Villagio. In her new role, Grillos will focus on continuing momentum around Vintage House following its opening in October 2017, and spearheading the repositioning of Hotel Villagio which will be revealed in late summer 2018. Grillos will also oversee all sales and marketing initiatives for both high-end properties, V Marketplace, The Venues at The Estate, The Villa, and The Spa at The Estate. She will work closely with several of the world's top branding teams and designers on the development of creative and innovative strategic campaigns to welcome the most discerning and experiential-based travelers and attract high-profile meetings and event clientele.

Touting more than 25 years in the hospitality industry, Grillos most recently served as the Vice President of Marketing for Noble House Hotels and Resorts. During her tenure, Grillos managed branding, marketing and PR for 18 hotels and 43 outlets in the Noble House portfolio, including the Napa Valley Wine Train. Prior to this role, Grillos also held positions of Director of Sales and Marketing at The Standard Downtown Los Angeles, both corporate and property level roles at Joie De Vivre Hospitality, Director of Marketing with The CLIFT, Corporate Director of Sale and Marketing with Personality Hotels, Inc., Benchmark Hospitality Group, Windship Properties, Inc. and New Otani Hotel and Gardens in Downtown Los Angeles. Grillos received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from San Jose State University.

Throughout her career, Grillos has spent her free time volunteering with a number of charity and philanthropic organizations including; LA Philharmonic Committee of Professional Women, Gala Committee Member of the Elios Arts Foundation, Board Member for the San Francisco Symphony Symphonix League, and Gala Committee Member of San Francisco Red Cross. Grillos moves to Yountville from Washington State.
