Wyatt Lash has been appointed Executive Chef at Kimpton Shorebreak Huntington Beach Resort
Pacific Hideaway, a locals' favorite restaurant, located at the Kimpton Shorebreak Huntington Beach Resort, announced today the new hire of Wyatt Lash as Executive Chef. In his new role, Lash will be responsible for culinary direction, menu development and working closely with the kitchen staff on curating innovative coastal recipes.
With over 12 years of experience, Lash brings a unique take on menu creation and a strong leadership presence to the restaurant team. Prior to Pacific Hideaway, Lash served as Executive Chef at The Commoner, inside the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh, where he successfully opened the restaurant in 2015 and incorporated twists on a classic gastro-pub menu that highlighted products from surrounding farms and areas. Prior to that, Lash spent over 8 years serving as an Executive Chef at The Whip Tavern.
