Yitian Yang

Yitian will oversee the resort's food and beverage operations ensuring that the highest quality produce and outstanding service are delivered to every guest. With more than ten years of experience in high-end hospitality, he brings extensive knowledge and international experience to this role.

After finishing a master's degree in nutrition and food at University of Bretagne Octantal, Yitian advanced his industry knowledge by completing a master's degree in hotel management, food and beverage at University of Toulouse. Yitian later became chef de partie at the Michelin Guide listed restaurant St-Sernin and Michelin two-star restaurant Michel Sarran in Toulouse, France.

Yitian worked as a chef at a number of prestigious hospitality brands including Sofitel Centre Hotel Toulouse in France, Hilton Bonaventure Montreal in Canada. He served as the director of food and beverage at Holiday Inn Montreal Centreville, Canada. In addition, he was a member of Quebec's association of chefs, cooks and pastry.
