Nelson Riffard has been appointed Director of Revenue Management at Fairmont Dubai
Ammar Hilal, General Manager, Fairmont Dubai is pleased to announce the appointment of Nelson Riffard as Director of Revenue Management for Fairmont Dubai.
Nelson joins Fairmont Dubai from his most recent role as Cluster Revenue Manager at the IHG Festival City in Dubai, a position he held since 2015. Whilst in t his role, Nelson has had a number of significant achievements, including obtaining the highest Revenue Generation Index (RGI) since the opening of the cluster properties. Prior to this role, he held the Cluster Revenue Manager's position overseeing 7 AccorHotels' properties in Dubai and in 2012 worked as well for AccorHotels' regional office in Marseille, France.
Riffard obtained Bachelor and Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Esthua Angers University in France and in his new role, he will be responsible for all aspects of revenue management at Fairmont Dubai.
