Doyle joins Montage Laguna Beach from The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara, where she was director of sales and marketing and focused on transitioning the former Bacara Resort into a luxury Ritz-Carlton. Previously, Doyle was a director of sales and marketing working with luxury properties on both sides of the Atlantic, including The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage, California; and properties in Ireland and England including The Ritz-Carlton, Powerscourt in County Wicklow; Fitzpatrick Lifestyle Hotels in Dublin; The Shelbourne Dublin, A Renaissance Hotel; Marriott Druids Glen Resort in Newton Mount Kennedy; Cliveden House Hotel in Taplow, Berkshire; The Copthorne Hotel; and Conrad International. She also spent several years in managerial positions, notably four years as general manager of The Glenview Hotel in Glen of the Downs, Ireland.
Doyle's excellence has been repeatedly recognized with honors including 2008 and 2009 Director of Sales and Marketing of the Year in UK and Ireland from Renaissance Hotels Worldwide. She was named 2002 Best General Manager by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) while at The Glenview Hotel. Doyle received a diploma in hotel management with marketing from Dublin Institute of Technology, as well as a national diploma in business studies.

10 October 2019 — Montage Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Joseph Mattioli as general manager of Montage Deer Valley. With over 40 years of luxury hospitality and culinary experience, Mattioli will be responsible for all daily operations of the Park City, Utah resort.

Webster joins Pendry Hotels & Resorts from Kimpton Hotels & Resorts, where he served as general manager of the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor. Prior to this, Webster led the team as general manager of Radisson Baltimore Downtown-Inner Harbor, the second transition in four years converting back to a global brand in the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.
