The H Dubai Hotel has appointed Mohamed Mattar as the new food & beverage manager.

Mattar joins the H Dubai from his recent post as F&B operations manager at Fairmont Dubai and brings nearly 20 years of hospitality experience.

He started his career with Hilton Hotels & Resorts - Taba, Egypt and later moved to Dubai to join Accorhotels and worked in several positions with different brands within the group, namely Sofitel, Fairmont and Raffles Dubai.

In his new position, Matar will manage all aspects of The H Dubai food and beverage department consisting of five concepts and restaurants including the authentic Indian and Parsi restaurant Moombai & Co and the all-day dining restaurant Eat & Meat.

H Hotels & Resorts Management, an Abu Dhabi based company has a collection of six hotels and resorts internationally including The H Dubai, The H Resort Seychelles, CentreVille Hotel & Experiences Montenegro and Villa Diyafa in Morocco.

1 August 2018 — Jaber joined The H Dubai from Accor Hotels where he held the position of digital marketing manager at Raffles Dubai. The Jordanian national started his hospitality career in Abu Dhabi in 2015 as the e-commerce manager of Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi.

1 August 2018 — Attwa brings more than 13 years to his new role and got his start in hospitality with Marriott International in 2005. In his latest job, Attwa served as the assistant director of finance at Lapita Autograph Collection - Dubai Parks Hotel before moving on to H Hotels & Resorts.
