Craig Syphers has been appointed Area General Manager at Next Story Group in Brisbane
Next Story Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Syphers as Area General Manager for the group's Brisbane assets - Next Hotel Brisbane which opened in 2014 and the innovative Sage Hotel James Street in Fortitude Valley. Syphers comes to the group with over 30 years in the hospitality business and 19 of those in the hotel industry.
As a seasoned hotelier, Craig has enjoyed management roles in food and beverage as well as General Manager roles with Mirvac Hotels & Resorts, in Sydney and Cairns, Accor in Cairns and The Parkroyal Melbourne Airport hotel. His career has also taken him to South East Asia where he worked as General Manager at Parkroyal on Beach Road in Singapore and Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore, bringing a wealth of cross cultural experience to the new world city of Brisbane.
