Daniel Roy

With an extensive background in the hospitality scene in Miami, Executive Chef Daniel Roy will execute all food and beverage operations of the bars and restaurants at the brand's first U.S. property. Staying true to his Florida roots, Roy garnered most of his experience working in the kitchens of top Miami culinary destinations, such as 3030 Ocean, 15 Steps, Stubborn Seed, Matador Room, and Commonwealth Miami, learning under renowned chefs such as Jeremy Ford and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Most recently, he served as Sous Chef at Habitat under the five-time James Beard-nominated chef, José Mendín.
