HILTON SHILLIM Estate Retreat And Spa near Pune has just appointed Srikant Peri as their new General Manager effective October 2018. Peri brings with him over 30 years of experience in the luxury hospitality space. As the GM of the hotel, he will be responsible to strengthen partner relationships, strategic planning, and looking after day-to-day operations and driving business development to meet growing business and consumer needs for effective wellness program.
Peri will also lead in carrying out the company's strategy to further advance and continue the growth in both commercial and enterprise while focussing into core verticals such as wellness and retreat.
During his 30+ years stint, Peri has worn various hats including- Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Director Food and Beverage, and Hotel Manager and technical positions across multiple global luxe hotel chains. He was last associated with Banyan Tree Hotels and Resort, Maldives, as the General Manager where he demonstrated leadership and efficient management in overall operations. He has also been a personnel with leading hospitality brands and served a long tenure with property such as Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts, Taj Hotels, and the iconic The Oberoi Cecil for 18 years.
