Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs appointed Monique West to Food and Beverage Director to lead and oversee the resort's culinary concepts. As food and beverage director, West will be responsible for the overall operations, performance and strategic direction to Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs's culinary outlets. Prior to joining Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs, West spent twelve years at The Broadmoor Hotel, the longest running 5 Star 5 Diamond Hotel, where she evolved from a server to the general manager of Ristorante Del Lago at the Broadmoor.
