Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs appointed Matthew Redmond to Executive Chef to lead and oversee the resort's culinary concepts.

As Executive Chef, Redmond will build and oversee the resort's culinary program, adding fresh ideas to the seasonally changing menus. Redmond, has been with Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs since the resorts grand opening a year ago and has evolved into his new role as executive chef with previous experience as an executive chef at Temple Israel in Michigan.

Redmond will bring a new perspective to Barnwood, Great Wolf Lodge's farm-to-fork dining concept, that was first implemented at the Great Wolf Lodge CO Springs property when it opened its doors a year ago. All ingredients highlighted throughout the Barnwood menu are seasonal, influenced by the destination and sourced from local farms in a 50-mile radius of the property.
