Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, a 347-room, 12-story waterfront hotel at Seattle's Southport, proudly announces the appointment of Jennifer Grosclaude as Director of Sales, Marketing and Events.
Previously, Jennifer Grosclaude was the Director of Events at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington. This combined role includes the responsibilities of developing, facilitating and overseeing the sales team, managing existing client relationships while generating new business, and overseeing all events operations, including corporate meetings and weddings. With more than 20 years in customer-facing service and planning roles, over 15 of those have been dedicated to Grosclaude's career with Hyatt Hotels.
Prior to coming to Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, Grosclaude contributed to the success of Hyatt Regency Calgary, serving from June 2012 to October 2016 as its Director of Events. Past professional credits include Associate Director of Catering and Convention Services for Hyatt Regency Bellevue, and ascending roles in events, including the Hyatt Regency Resort Lost Pines and Spa and the Grand Hyatt Seattle, where she started in 2003.
