Opening this November 2018 as the first California hotel under Marriott International's experiential, millennial-minded Moxy Hotels brand, the 126-room Moxy San Diego  announces its executive team to lead the bold, yet playful, boutique hotel. Designed for the next generation of travelers, Moxy San Diego will embrace the destination's coastal roots while showcasing the eclectic and vibrancy of downtown San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter.

Leading the hotel's restaurant and bar concepts which includes the brand's signature Bar Moxy will be Food and Beverage Manager Mark deSalvo. Developing a spirited and unique cocktail program, deSalvo has more than 20 years of experience bartending and managing at some of Los Angeles' and San Diego's top bars, nightclubs and restaurants, including Cusp La Jolla and Preux & Proper in Los Angeles, and looks forward to electrifying the city's dining and entertainment scene.
