Bartosz Szynaka

Conrad Dublin is pleased to announce the appointment of Bartosz Szynaka as Sous Chef at the luxury Ireland hotel.

As Sous Chef, Szynaka also assists in operations across the hotel's portfolio of innovative food and beverage venues. Bringing over 26 years of combined culinary experience to Conrad Dublin, Szynaka is a veterans in the Hilton culinary world with a strong background working in numerous five-star city hotels and resorts across the hospitality brand.

Prior to his current role as Sous Chef at Conrad Dublin, Szynaka worked as Sous Chef at Hilton Deansgate Manchester and as Senior Chef De Partie at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester, where he was involved in crafting menus and managing overall kitchen operations. His restaurant experience also includes holding the role of Chef De Partie at the Hilton Deansgate Manchester and as Chef at The Grill on the Alley in Manchester, United Kingdom, a top rated and high-volume steak house with up to 450 covers a night. Additionally, Szynaka began his career as a Chef's Junior Assistant Hotel Atelier in Poland. He has received multiple awards as the winner of Emerging Talent MHA from Manchester Hoteliers Association and silver medal winner of the Association Culinaire Française that is awarded to chefs with a high level of learning and skills with an emphasis on maintaining professional culinary standards. Szynaka holds a diploma in Lifetime Academy Professional Cooking, Food Production and Cooking, and Hospitality and Catering.
