Travelzoo is investing in growing the team in South East Asia to connect the local market to highly engaged global travelers.
With more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, Melvin will provide proven leadership over the South East Asia team. His previous roles include management positions at Genting International (S) Pte Ltd, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and The Walt Disney Company where he has built up a wealth of awards and accolades during his tenure.
In addition to that, he was also one of the pioneers to set up AVIAREPS in South East Asia and has helped many hospitality and tourism companies grow their brand and revenue in this region. Melvin's strength lies in partnership and business development. His extensive knowledge and experience in the South and South East Asia region make him the perfect fit to lead Travelzoo® expansion plans.
