The Five-Star Mandarin Oriental, Boston is delighted to announce the appointment of Kenneth Ng to the position of Director of Marketing and Commerce. Ng joins Mandarin Oriental, Boston from InterContinental Boston, where he served as Director of Sales & Marketing for a decade.
A hospitality industry veteran with 30 years of experience, Ng continuously boosted hotel performance year after year in his sales and marketing role at InterContinental Boston. Ng held various senior sales and marketing management positions prior to that with Westin, Renaissance and Marriott Hotel Groups. He also spent four years at the Hotel @ MIT, an upscale non-branded Hilton property in Cambridge, Mass., before joining InterContinental.
Originally from Hong Kong, Ng graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Massachusetts. He is also a member of Meeting Planners International, is a Certified Meeting Professional and is a member of Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International. He currently resides in Merrimack, N.H.

A seasoned hotelier, Mrs. Goh has been with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since 1993, serving previously as Resident Manager both at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London until 2013, when she was appointed Corporate Operations Manager - Asia, based in Hong Kong.
1 April 2019 — Mandarin Oriental, Taipei is delighted to announce the appointment of Karan Berry as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Taipei.
With more than 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a solid background in hotel operations, Karan previously served as General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta before joining Mandarin Oriental, Taipei.
