Joseph Salviolo has been appointed Food and Beverage Director at Hawks Cay Resort
Hawks Cay Resort, the iconic resort in the Florida Keys which reopened Aug. 30, 2018 after a $50 million dollar renovation, has hired Joseph Salviolo as the resorts new Director of Food and Beverage. In this position, Salviolo will be responsible for strengthening the resorts food and beverage services, overseeing the operations of the resorts six dining outlets, and enhancing the overall culinary offerings.
Joseph is the perfect addition to our leadership team, said Vice President Managing Director Sheldon Suga. As part of the reimagined Hawks Cay experience, were always looking for new and fresh ideas to offer guests. Joseph brings a new perspective that fits with our mission to bring a one of a kind Keys experiences to guests.
Salviolo has more than two decades of industry experience with a specialization in hotel openings having launched more than nine Ritz Carlton hotels in his career. He joins the Hawks Cay team most recently from The Yellowstone Club where he was the Executive Assistant Manager and Director of Food & Beverage leading the day-to-day operations for its nine food and beverage outlets.
