Florian Connert

Mr. Connert is a 20-year hospitality industry veteran with a proven track record for launching and managing resort marketing efforts. In this role Florian has driven all pre-opening efforts, from brand conceptualization to creating rate structures. He actively manages the entire Sales & Marketing team and day-to-day marketing efforts. Prior to joining Haven, Florian served as the DOSM of Melia Caribe Tropical launched The Level concept for Melia Hotels International in the Dominic an Republic and Director of Sales, Caribbean for AMResorts where he oversaw Sales &M efforts for five properties, including the launch of the Secrets and Sunscape brands in properties ever Excellence Punta Cana. An avid world traveler, Florian speaks five languages including German, English, Spanish, Italian and French. He was born in Salzburg, Austria and currently resides in Playa del Carmen with his wife and three children.
