Ross Greenman

KSL Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Ross Greenman to the position of Vice President/General Counsel.

In his new role, Greenman will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters within KSL Resorts as well as participating in business development and acquisitions efforts. "The hotels and resorts business is a dynamic one, but it is also extremely complex with many more moving parts than other commercial real estate investments," says Greenman. Adding, "Given my significant business development experience in the hotel real estate space, I look forward to working closely with the business development team and other affiliates as we source and structure new investment opportunities."

Until recently, Ross was General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development for Vista Investments, a hotel development, management and franchise business based in El Segundo, California. He has also held senior roles as in-house counsel with Best Western and as a Vice President with HREC Investment Advisors focusing on hotel real estate.

Earlier in his career, Ross worked for six years as a Deputy District Attorney in the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office - the largest DA's office in the country - where he managed a heavy volume of trials.

Ross received his BA from UC Berkeley in 2003 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2006.
