Brad Czechowski

H-CPM announced today that Brad Czechowski has joined the organization as a Project Executive. The announcement was made by H-CPM Principal Stephen Siegel.

As Project Executive, Brad will lead the successful planning and execution of high-profile projects and oversee select project management teams.

Brad has been working in the construction industry for the past 17 years. Most recently he worked for Hersha Hospitality as Senior Director of Development, where he was responsible for approximately $60 million in projects over the past three years. His recent projects include the renovation of the Cadillac Hotel and Beach Club in Miami Beach, which was a rebranding of a Courtyard Marriott to an Autograph Collection hotel. In addition, Brad spearheaded design and construction work to create 28 additional keys to a Hyatt House property in the New York City region.

Prior to working for Hersha Hospitality, Brad worked for William C. Cox as a Senior Estimator/Project Manager and primarily concentrated on Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Institutional projects. Brad started in construction at the age of 13 in the field as a carpenter working for a GC for 10 years until he completed College and moved into Construction Management. Utilizing the different roles held over the years Brad provides insight to see projects as an Owner's representative, Field Foreman and General Contractor.

Brad Graduated Cum Laude from the Temple University Fox School of Business with a degree in Business Administration/Concentration in finance.
