With over 18 years of hospitality industry experience, Mr. Grossniklaus has held a number of varied roles in hotel operations and hotel development, most recently with Belmond in Dubai as Senior Director Development for the Middle East, Africa and India.
He has also worked for Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Dubai working across the GCC and Africa, Deloitte/STR Global, Swissotel and Istithmar/Nakheel Hotels.
Mr. Grossniklaus, a Swiss national, is a graduate from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne and a MBA graduate from Cass Business School in London. He is fluent in French and English.

11 September 2019 — Khun Praree is a designer and artist with five years' experience in San Francisco and New York. Having graduated with a Master of Fine Arts degree in Design from the California College of the Arts, she worked for several clients in the USA, Korea and Thailand, including Apple's head office in Silicon Valley.
11 September 2019 — Khun Bonn holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance & Revenue Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland. Following his graduation, he oversaw the development of two restaurants and two boutique hotels in Thailand, before joining Asia's leading real estate and hospitality consultancy, C9 Hotelworks, where he worked closely with Bill Barnett, the company's founder and Managing Director, on various consulting assignments for leading property developers and international hotel brands.
13 November 2013 — Reporting directly to yoo Hotels’ CEO Marco Nijhof, Phillip assumes his role effective immediately, with a brief specifically to implement creative and targeted marketing strategies for yoo Hotels.
Phillip brings with him over 20 years’ experience in luxury branded hospitality marketing, joining most recently from Salvatore Ferragamo’s Lungarno Collection of luxury hotels, where he held the position of VP of Marketing and Brand development.
