Damon Kolb has been appointed Development Manager at Timbers Resorts
Timbers Resorts, a luxury hospitality brand known for its exceptional boutique hotels, residence clubs and resort communities located around the world, announces the appointment of Damon Kolb as Development Manager. In his role as Development Manager, Damon Kolb will oversee the pre-development entitlement and design process for new Timbers properties. He joins Timbers Resorts from Mill Creek Residential, a leading multi-family developer, where he served as Vice President of Development and was responsible for managing all aspects of the development process. There, he managed site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, construction, leasing and disposition of assets. Prior to that role, Damon served as a Development Associate with The Richman Group of Florida and as a County Planner in Palm Beach County. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Community Planning from Florida Atlantic University.
