Jason Paluch

A licensed Aesthetician with a degree in Business Administration from Scottsdale Community College, Paluch is a spa industry veteran with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, having launched his career right here at Mandarin Oriental, Boston in 2009 as Assistant Spa Manager. In 2012, he moved to Mandarin Oriental, New York to serve as Spa Operations Manager; soon after in 2015, he was promoted to Assistant Director of Spa.

Prior to his roles with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Paluch held several wellness positions with luxury Spas including the Golden Door Spa at the Boulders and the JW Marriott Camelback Inn, both in Arizona. He also worked as the Spa Business Manager for Nordstrom Inc. in California. Paluch is an active member of the International Spa Association and sits on several committees within Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Jill Goh - General Manager

21 May 2019 — The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong has announced the appointment of Jill Goh as General Manager. A seasoned hotelier, Mrs. Goh has been with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since 1993, serving previously as Resident Manager both at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London until 2013, when she was appointed Corporate Operations Manager - Asia, based in Hong Kong.

1 April 2019 — Mandarin Oriental, Taipei is delighted to announce the appointment of Karan Berry as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Taipei. With more than 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a solid background in hotel operations, Karan previously served as General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta before joining Mandarin Oriental, Taipei.
