During his 14-year tenureat thehotel, he transitioned the property through severalownership changes and rebrandings. Prior to joining Naples Grand Beach Resort, Cavella spent 11 years with The Ritz-Carlton brand, holdingsignificant roles including regional vice president of sales and marketing for Florida and the Caribbean aswell as corporate director of sales in the corporate officeinwhichhe launched 13 pre-opening properties.He has also held leadership positions at Exclusive ResortsandAbercrombie & Kent, in addition to TheWorld of ResidenSea-a luxury 288-unit private residential cruise ship that circumnavigated the globe.A native of Miami, Cavellagraduated from Florida State University witha bachelor's in hospitality businessmanagement. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two children and traveling, from boating inthe Gulf of Mexico to snowboarding in Aspen.
