Jaco Prinsloo

Starting his hospitality career on board cruise lines in the USA, Jaco went on to study Hotel and Catering Management for two years in South Africa. After learning the necessary and key skills he'd need in order to run a successful hotel, in 2016, he moved to Nigeria in order to further his hospitality career.

In October 2018, he was appointed General Manager of the Radisson Hotel, Lagos Ikeja, and his talent for hotel management was quickly recognized. He now joins the Radisson Blu Hotel Lagos Ikeja as Cluster General Manager.

With a dedication to delivering excellence and making memorable moments for all guests, Jaco's attention to creating great experiences for guests, and work fulfilment opportunities for his team, has not gone unnoticed. He ensures all expectations are exceeded and inspires his team to embody our "Yes I Can" philosophy in everything they do.

4 November 2019 — Radisson Hotel Group announced the appointment of Aly El-Bassuni as Chief Operating Officer in the Americas. El-Bassuni previously served as Senior Vice President, Franchise Operations for the Americas at Radisson Hotel Group.

Josimar Delfin - Director of PR & Marketing

30 October 2019 — Delfin's career in hospitality spans a total of ten years, including one year in the Maldives and nine years in the Middle East. She started off her career in hospitality as a part of the front office team, even winning the AICR (Amicale Internationale des Sous Directeurs et Chefs de Réception des Grand Hôtels) Receptionist of the Year UAE competition in 2010 (1st Runner Up).
