Nicola Rossi, Four Seasons Hotels DIFC's new executive chef, has more than 19 years of expertise in the culinary field.
Born and raised in Cremona, Italy, Rossi has a degree from Istituto Tecnico Luigi Nervi. Following his brief stint managing the family restaurant business, Rossi worked with authentic Italian kitchens such as the Ristorante 668, Osteria Pane & Salame, Palazzo Cattaneo and Ristorante Zahir
