Nicole Cheramie

The Charter Hotel Seattle, Curio Collection by Hilton, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Cheramie as director of sales and marketing. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Cheramie is now tasked with spearheading initiatives to grow both group and leisure sales in addition to increasing overall brand awareness for the property.

Cheramie is no stranger to the hospitality world, having begun her career as a restaurant hostess while in college and eventually as a server, bartender and trainer around the United States. She quickly became addicted to the dynamic environment which eventually shaped her career path. Upon graduation, she worked with Clear Channel Outdoor where her love of sales and marketing flourished.

From there, Cheramie worked in the entertainment and medical fields, managing special events and banquets, and at hotels including the Four Seasons in Lanai, Hawaii, and InterContinental Sydney in Australia. While working for Pinnacle Entertainment as the banquet and special events manager, Cheramie realized how rewarding it is to foster an environment that allows guests to make lifelong memories and that seeing guests' reactions in the moment is the most gratifying part. At her most recent position as the director of sales and marketing at The Troubadour Hotel New Orleans, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Cheramie discovered her love for the Hilton brand, as her values and global footprint are aligned with those of Hilton's, where her opportunities are endless for creating and promoting an esteemed brand.

As director of sales and marketing, Cheramie will be responsible for day-to-day and long-term sales efforts including positioning The Charter Hotel Seattles's brand, internally and externally communicating the brand perception, and developing room, dining and event options to mirror the hotel's recognition.

When she's not busy creating memories for guests, Cheramie is making memories of her own exploring her new home of the Pacific Northwest.
