Gary Rogers

In his role, Rogers leads the culinary team and manages the large-scale operation of the culinary program while also overseeing the hotel's banqueting food for events. Touting more than 20 years of experience both in Ireland and internationally, Chef Rogers brings a fresh perspective to the hotel's three distinct dining venues, including The Coburg, a relaxed brasserie featuring a locally-inspired menu, Lemuel's, a lounge that boasts bespoke cocktails and light bites, as well as Alfie Byrne's by Galway Bay Brewery, offering craft beers and casual dining with an authentic pub atmosphere. At Conrad Dublin, Chef Rogers incorporates innovative menu items based on current culinary trends to ensure that all restaurant capabilities align with the hotel's exceptional dining standard.
