California's quintessential "Venice" hotel is pleased to welcome the experienced Paola Moreno as the director of food and beverage program at Hotel Erwin, which includes High Rooftop Lounge, the new Erwin's Kitchen & Cocktails, as well as all events, catering and room service.
As the director of food and beverage, Paola is responsible for managing the daily operations of all outlets, including each of the hotel's unique events, maintaining service standards to go above and beyond customer needs and integrating new trends into food and beverage programming.
Paola's hospitality path began over 15 years ago upon earning a degree from INACAP's institute for hospitality and tourism in Santiago, Chile. Starting as an assistant restaurant manager for the luxury Hotel Sofitel in Miami, Paola later moved to manage the restaurants at the Crowne Plaza Resort in Miami, which eventually led her to the Crowne Plaza Resort in South Carolina in 2004. In 2008, she returned to Chile to develop and oversee a new food and beverage staff at The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago, Chile. Two years later, Paola was appointed to open the brand-new Mr. C Hotel in Beverly Hills, and has since assisted the director of food and beverage at Viceroy Santa Monica and Omni Los Angeles. Her most recent position was food and beverage manager at Hotel Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica.
