Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt has been appointed Director of Occupier Services at Colliers International Singapore
Colliers International, has appointed Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt to drive business development for its Occupier Services business in Singapore, with effect from 29 April 2019.
Bastiaan brings with him 11 years of experience in commercial real estate, including in tenant representation, corporate solutions as well as capital markets and investment, across key gateway cities in Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Colliers, Bastiaan was based in Seoul, working for another global real estate consultancy where he led its tenant representation business throughout South Korea.
As the Director of Occupier Services for Colliers, Bastiaan - who is based in Singapore - is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and driving more synergy and collaboration between the various real estate business lines within Colliers.
Colliers' Occupier Services business started the year on a healthy note, closing real estate transactions - including those involving blue-chip clients and prime Grade A buildings in the central business district - which amounted to more than 330,000 square feet in the first quarter of 2019. In addition, the team has also won key appointments to provide real estate solutions to a number of multi-national corporations.
Bastiaan, who is fluent in English, Dutch, and German, reports to Rick.
