Nicolas Dubort

Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead has announced the appointment of Nicolas Dubort as the property's new Hotel Manager. In his new role, Dubort oversees the day-to-day hotel operations of the 127-room property along with the hotel's luxury spa and signature restaurant, Café & Bar, helping to deliver seamless, world-class Waldorf Service to guests.

Dubort joins Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead with more than 20 years of hospitality experience. Most recently, he served as Director of Food and Beverage at Mandarin Oriental, New York, where he oversaw the food and beverage operations for the hotel's restaurant and bar, banquet spaces and in-room dining operations.

Prior to his role at Mandarin Oriental, New York, he was Director of Food and Beverage at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, overseeing the culinary operations of 10 outlets and contributing to the property's Forbes Travel Guide Star recognition and 30 Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star accolades. During his time in Hong Kong, Dubort also served as Food and Beverage Project Lead for the property's banquet space renovation and implemented an online reservation system for all of the hotel's restaurants. He has also held positions at Hotel Bel-Air and The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles, The Dorchester in London, The Peninsula Chicago and Four Seasons Philadelphia.

Dubort holds a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Jean Quarre in Paris.
