With over 24 years of exceptional experience in the food and beverage industry, Kimberley Lay has joined the Boulud Sud Miami team as General Manager. In her new position, Kimberley will oversee restaurant operations, manage internal team development and curate all aspects of the guest experience for Chef Daniel Boulud's Mediterranean outpost. Born and raised in Oxfordshire, Kimberley and her three sisters were fortunate to enjoy their formative years with a mother who loved baking and a father who enjoyed gardening, to which she credits her passion for the business.
A recognized managerial professional, Kimberley has successfully led the teams at several of Miami's prestigious restaurants, most recently as the Restaurant Director for Quinto La Huella at EAST Miami. Previously she was the Restaurant Manager of Michael's Genuine Food & Drink and award winning restaurant Azul at Mandarin Oriental, Miami.
Kimberley brings her world-class customer service talents and abundant food and wine knowledge to the team at Boulud Sud Miami. When Kimberley is not mingling with restaurant patrons, she can be found at the gym, beach or cooking at home.
