A French national, Rahhaoui has more than seven years of experience in the hospitality industry. She started her career in 2012 with the Marriott Hotel Paris Champs-Élysées, France as the sales and marketing executive.
Prior to joining Meliã Desert Palm Dubai, Rahhaoui was hotel operations mManager for The Act Hotel & 72 Hotel, UAE. She has also worked with The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel as their pre-opening guest experience manager and PR and business development manager.

12 July 2019 — Mahmoud Abdelnaby, an Egyptian national, has more than 14 years of hospitality experience. Prior to this appointment, Abdelnaby was the director of sales for Rotana, Salalah where he was in charge of sales, catering and the events departments.
17 May 2019 — Spanish-born Manuel Ferriol is spearheading the opening of the 17-hectare beachfront property at Ho Tram, a two-hour drive from Vietnam's biggest metropolis Ho Chi Minh City.
Ferriol has worked for Meliá Hotels and Resorts for the past 15 years, steadily rising through the ranks before becoming an acting resident manager at Gran Meliá Fenix in Madrid, a Leading Hotel of the World, and resident manager at TRYP Palma Bellver By Melia in Mallorca.
16 May 2019 — Meliá Hotels International is pleased to announce the appointment of Juan Carlos Gonzalez as Director of Sales & Marketing for Paradisus Los Cabos and ME Cabo. In his new role, Gonzalez will oversee the sales, revenue and marketing strategies for both the Meliá properties in Cabo.
