Arthurs is responsible for the design and delivery of innovative technical and business solutions to meet the diverse needs of the company and its worldwide hotel portfolio.
Bringing with him more than 15 years in technology leadership in the hospitality industry, Arthurs was most recently chief information officer at Two Roads Hospitality and Lowe, where he oversaw the integration of Destination Hotels and Commune Hotels and Resorts to create the world's largest, independent lifestyle hotel management company, with approximately 100 hotels and resorts under management. While at Two Roads Hospitality, Arthurs also lead the partnership with Amazon to design and launch Alexa for Hospitality. Prior to joining Two Roads Hospitality, Arthurs held various leadership positions in the IT organization at Vail Resorts.

26 June 2019 — Interstate Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Robert Dodwell as its new Regional Vice President Operations. Robert, who joins the hotel management firm with a wealth of industry experience, is responsible for a portfolio of 13 hotels throughout the UK and Northern Ireland, including The Marker in Dublin, The AC Hotel in Belfast and the recently opened Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites at Heathrow Airport.
22 March 2019 — Nicholas Northam, the current Managing Director for the UK at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, has been appointed as its new Executive Vice President - International. He now takes responsibility for all of Europe and Russia/CIS including the offices in the UK, Amsterdam and Moscow.
19 February 2019 — Marisol Lopez is an exemplary leader in the Dallas hotel scene with more than 15 years of experience. A Texas native, Ms. Lopez's career evolved from director of sales, to hotel manager at NYLO Dallas South Side, to most recently accepting the distinguished role of director of sales and marketing at the new CANVAS Hotel Dallas.
