David Goldstein has been promoted VP, Investments & Business Development at KSL Resorts
Since 2013, Dave acted a s KSLR's Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, helping launch KSLR's asset management division and leading underwriting on marquis acquisitions including Monarch Beach Resort, Outrigger Hospitality Group, and Miraval Resorts. He was later appointed to Senior Director of Investments & Business Development in 2018.
In his new role, Dave is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and execution of hotels, resorts, and platform investments.
KSL Resorts is very much in Goldstein's DNA: He started as an intern at the luxury property management company at age 17. In the intervening years, Dave worked with some of the best hospitality firms in the country, holdi ng positions with B. F. Saul Hospitality Group and PKF Consulting (now CBRE Hotels). He also held property-level operations positions with KSL Recreation Corporation, Loews, and Crestline.
With a dedication to continuous learning, Dave has built upon his Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Tourism Administration from The George Washington University through active engagement as a full member in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a member of its Recreation Development Council. Dave recently relocated to Orange County with his wife and two young children as part of KSLR's planned relocation to Irvine.
