Davisha Burrowes

Hotel chains, Aloft and Element Me'aisam Dubai have appointed Davisha Burrowes as their complex head chef.

In her new role, Burrowes will oversee the kitchen operations of the two hotels' food and beverage outlets including City Limits restaurant, WXYZ bar, Re:fuel by Aloft and the Living Room.

Burrowes brings more 10 years' experience, having previously worked as sous-chef at the Morimoto restaurant at the Renaissance Downtown Dubai.

Prior to joining the culinary team at the Renaissance Downtown, Burrowes worked as a senior chef de partie at the Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen & Bar.
