With over 25 years of experience specialising in and managing luxury properties, Venturini pos-sesses an extensive understanding of brand management and business development in the hospitali-ty industry. She has previously held various prominent positions in a number of renowned hotels in Europe, Africa and the Gulf region and was instrumental in the success of each of those hotels.
Venturini has a Bachelor's degree in hotel management from Ceria-Ipiat, Brussels in Belgium and is fluent in Luxembourgish, English, French, German, and Italian. In her new role, Venturini will over-see all initiatives including maximising hotel revenues through result-oriented strategies and exploring business opportunities through events to develop new guest experiences.
11 September 2019 — Park Hyatt St. Kitts announces the appointment of Justin Taylor as Executive Chef of the exclusive luxury beachfront resort. In this role, Taylor will oversee the resort's three signature restaurants including The Great House, The Fisherman's Village and The Stone Barn while simultaneously introducing creative culinary programming that introduces guests to the island's rich heritage.
9 September 2019 — Hyatt Regency San Antonio, located on the famous River Walk and directly connected to Alamo Plaza, announces Christian Apetz as Executive Chef. Apetz joins the property from The Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas which is part of Hyatt's Unbound Collection.
