POTUS, one of the hottest new restaurants on the Albert Embankment, has today announced Ruaraidh Campbell as the new Head Chef, signalling an exciting move in the restaurant's culinary direction. Scottish born Campbell, who was formerly at The Hilton Glasgow, will also unveil his highly-anticipated new menu, set to utilise the best of British ingredients to create innovative twists on American and British favourites at the riverside restaurant.

With an emphasis on simple yet creative cooking, Ruaraidh Campbell will reimagine famed American classics including New England Clam Chowder, Ranch Salad, Buttermilk Chicken Strips and San Francisco Seafood Risotto with the launch of his new menu. Drawing influence from his knowledge of America's vibrant culture and distinct flavours, Campbell has created an American Style Fish & Chips, which brings together Southern-fried hake sweet potato fries, roasted corn and gumbo dip, whilst tourists looking to try some of London's finest Fish & Chips can opt for the ever-popular Classic British Style.
