Andrew brings with him over 30 years of hospitality experience having commenced his career in culinary arts, working his way up to the executive chef position, then later transitioning into hotel operations overseeing the food and beverage operations.
Andrew's profession has taken him all over the world and he prides himself on having worked for highly respected brands that include Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados, Marco Polo Niccolo in Chengdu, Raffles Hotel in Dubai and many more. He identifies himself as a true global citizen.
Apart from his love for street food from around the world, Andrew possesses a passion for art and music. His current project is a work in progress - the renovation of his beautiful family cottage in France where he can relax with his family.
