Tom Riley

Riley will serve in a key leadership role to grow the company's third-party platform with specific emphasis on the eastern region, to include supporting Remington's clients in acquisitions, management transitions and new build development efforts.

With nearly 30 years of hospitality experience, Riley joins Remington Hotels from Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants where he most recently served as Vice President - Development. In this role, he was responsible for identifying and securing potential franchise, joint venture and third-party management opportunities for the company and was involved in more than 30 new hotel and resort projects for Kimpton. Riley also previously served as Senior Vice President - Development at Marcus Hotels and Resorts, where he was responsible for leading the company's development efforts. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Crestline Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International and Hilton Hotels.

Riley holds an undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Riley is an active board member of the Penn State Hotel & Restaurant Society, The George Washington University's Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management and Anne Arundel Community College School of Hospitality. He will be based in the Washington DC area and report to Jarrad Evans, Chief Investment Officer.
