Michael Manning

Michael Manning, Director of Food & Beverage, has more than a decade of experience in hospitality, working with Marriott and Ritz Carlton properties nationwide, along with Omni Hotel, New Orleans and The St. Anthony Hotel in San Antonio. He joins the team in St. Louis from Chicago, where he was most recently the Food and Beverage Director of the SOPHY Hotel and led their pre-opening team. Manning will work closely with the Executive Chef to lead all food & beverage operations on property, including 24-hour room service and the hotel's four bars and restaurants: Clark & Bourbon, The Bullock, Bar Bourbon and River Market.
