Matt Lange, Executive Chef for Live! by Loews - St. Louis, MO, joins the opening team from Loews Chicago Hotel where he served as the Executive Sous Chef. Chef Lange began working in hotel kitchens in 2006, gaining experience with Omni Orlando Hotel at Champions Gate, Rosen Shingle Creek, Peabody Hotel Orlando, Park Hyatt Chicago, and a position as sous chef for Silversea Cruises LTD in the Baltic Sea. His approach to cooking is to showcase creative and inventive flavor profiles, while presenting dishes in a refined yet approachable way.
