A 17-year luxury hospitality veteran, Ruby hails most recently from Phulay Bay, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Krabi, Thailand, where she served as general manager.
Known for her ability to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional manager in the rooms division for the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Maldives, where she helped increase guest satisfaction and quality assurance scores, as well as repeat guest stay ratios. Her previous North American and Caribbean experience also includes stints with Mandarin Oriental in Boston and Bermuda, and Parrot Cay Resort & COMO Shambhala Retreat in Turks and Caicos.

Stéphane began his career at the Waldorf Astoria in New York before joining Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 1999 as Assistant Room Service Manager at Four Seasons Hotel New York.
26 February 2020 — Four Seasons Hotel Amman announces the appointment of Alain Regnault as the new Chef de Cuisine at La Capitale, the first real French brasserie in Jordan.
A seasoned chef with 30 years of experience in Europe and the Middle East, Chef Alain will oversee and lead the culinary operations and share his authentic French flavours and carefully curated menus with his personal favourites.
