Nambiar will be responsible for generating maximum revenue and executing strategies that will drive sales across all four Hyatt Place hotels in Dubai, namely Hyatt Place Dubai/Al Rigga; Hyatt Place Dubai/Baniyas Square; Hyatt Place Dubai/Wasl District and the recently opened Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeirah.
The India native brings more than 15 years of experience to his new role, acquired from working for prestigious hospitality brands in the UAE. With an array of regional experience, including Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, as well as Hyatt Regency Creek Heights in Dubai, he took on the role of managing the sales and marketing team for Hyatt Place Dubai in 2016. Since then, the Hyatt Place brand has expanded in Dubai, with the number of properties growing two-fold in the last nine months. Nambiar has pioneered driving the revenue for the four properties, while maintaining a strong Average Daily Rate (ADR) and has been instrumental in establishing a solid reputation for the Hyatt Place brand in the UAE.

14 September 2020 — Park Hyatt Jeddah-Marina, Club and Spa has named Mohamed Elshear as its new director of sales.
A veteran in the field, Elshear has been in hospitality for 11 years, now expected to oversee sales at the hotel and maximise revenues.
28 August 2020 — Billy Sun has been appointed as General Manager of the Grand Hyatt Hefei.
Billy has more than 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2001, Billy commenced his career as a Sales Manager at the Crowne Plaza Guihe Jinan and over the subsequent 13 years rose through the sales, marketing and management ranks at Crowne Plaza Guihe Jinan, Crowne Plaza Hotel Dandong and Sheraton Jinan Hotel.
19 August 2020 — As area director of sales, events and marketing for Hotel Revival and Hyatt Regency Baltimore, Salifu will take the lead on synergizing all sales, marketing and commercial strategies to optimize revenue, brand loyalty, and authentic guest experiences.
